If there is anything I can say about myself for sure it's that I'm always changing. Or course, this makes it a little difficult to commit much  more than that  to writing….but it's a start!

I'm intensely interested in anything to do with personal growth, insight, evolution and peeling back the layers of truth. Lately, this passion has led me to explore the Regentics Method, Holosync, christ consciousness and Three In One Concepts/One Brain method…the combination of which I think has accelerated the aforementioned changes dramatically! So much so actually, that there are days where all I want to do is put on some good music and dance in my back yard!

I'm also pretty passionate about being the best steward of the earth as possible…that means learning as much as I can about the environment, permaculture, adopting an organic diet and taking whatever steps I can to spread the word.

The one area of my life I think that could still use a little “injection” is that of community. I'm sure it'll come when the time is right, but I've been feeling the need to surround myself with more like-minded people…and in an oil & gas town, that's not always the easiest task! So…if you feel inclined to say hello and share a word, please do!
